so I was actually excited to try Paul Parkman, but the whole experience ended up being just okay. The shoes looked nice in person, but the fit felt a little off, and the shipping took longer than I expected. Customer service did respond, but they weren’t all that helpful. For the price, I thought everything would feel a lot smoother. i’m not sure I’d order from them again

They looked good at first, but the soles wore down way sooner than I’d expect. I’m not expecting shoes to last forever, obviously, but they should hold up longer than this with normal use

I really wanted to love these shoes because they do look great at first glance. The style is exactly what I was hoping for, but the pair I received made me wonder if they rushed through finishing them.

The stitching was uneven in a few areas, and the edge of the sole looked kind of rough instead of neatly done. They’re still wearable, but for the price, I expected cleaner details, and it feels like they could’ve paid a bit more attention before sending them out.

I really wanted to love these. But the break-in was brutal. I wore them a few times. Still got rubbing and blisters. The leather feels really stiff. Not great for everyday wear. Maybe they soften up later. But for the price, I expected a lot less pain.

I’ll be honest, I made a quick snap judgment when I saw the shoes on Paul Parkman: just not for me. The designs felt really loud right away, and kind of old-fashioned in a way I couldn’t get past.
There are a lot of shiny colors, bold patterns, and unusual shapes, and I just couldn’t picture wearing most of them with regular everyday outfits. They gave me more of a costume-shoe vibe than something I’d actually reach for day to day.
I’m sure some people are into that standout look, but for my taste it was an easy no. The styles feel too busy and not clean or simple enough for what I like.

It also felt like one of those situations where the site technically follows the rules, but all the little policy loopholes make things harder for the customer instead of easier. Definitely not a smooth experience.
